Meet Tim

Heritage Lawn Care Plus was founded by Timothy Ramos in March 2020. Tim graduated from The Ohio State University with a Landscape Construction and Contracting degree in 1990. In his 35+ years of experience, Tim has become an expert in his craft.

Meet Jeff

Jeff Iles is a Cincinnati State graduate and has been in the green/outdoor industry for nearly 20 years. He started working for a garden center in 2005 and fell in love with working outdoors. This led him to work for a professional landscaping company for the next seven years as crew lead and manager of small and large projects. He moved on to take a position as Senior Operations Manager in 2014 for another professional landscape/lawn maintenance company until 2022. Jeff is a single father of two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and spending as much time as possible outdoors, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Meet Adam

Adam Raper joined Heritage Lawn Care Plus in early 2022. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the green/outdoor industry. Prior to joining the industry in 2008, Adam attended Vincennes University and Purdue University where he received Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Studies. Adam holds pesticide licenses for turf, ornamentals, industrial/utility right-of-way vegetation, and aquatics in Ohio and Kentucky. Adam is currently the primary turf applicator. Adam is a devoted husband and father of two kids. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and playing fantasy sports.
